We at Kidstuff, Navan, appreciate the current Public Health situation has made shopping for First Communion Dresses more difficult this year. We have all had to get used to unprecedented times.

To help out we have decided to create a limited time Special Offer period for our dresses when the dresses ,with no exceptions, will be available at absolutely fabulous discounts. We hope that our customers will enjoy shopping this promotion.

In return for these offers we impose specific conditions of sale which customers will be obliged to agree and adhere to with no exceptions, when making a purchase of a special offer dress during the period of the Holy Communion Dress Special Offer Promotion. Purchase of a dress from this promotion implies acceptance of these terms.

These terms and conditions vary from our usual terms and conditions and will apply to our Holy Communion Dress Special Offer Promotion.

The Holy Communion Dress Special Offer Promotion runs from 6pm March 6 2021 until 6pm April 18th 2021.-OFFER EXTENDED TO MAY 9TH

We will inspect and record every dress before dispatch to the customer.

During this period a delivery charge of €10 will apply to each dress purchased from the Holy Communion Dress Special Offer Promotion. Delivery is restricted to the Republic of Ireland.

The customer will receive notification by email when the dress has been dispatched. Please ensure you have provided an email address.

During this period, the customer will have 5 days from receipt to fit on the dress and decide to keep or return it.

We have included FINISHED GARMENT MEASUREMENTS in inches, in the description of each dress to assist you in deciding if a dress is likely to fit. Chest and waist measurement of the child MUST BE LESS  than the finished garment measurements to allow for ease in wear. Customer must also factor in growth room. Please choose carefully in this regard to avoid disappointment.

While fitting ,we request the same care is taken as would be instore-clean hands and environment, no footwear to be worn, gentle handling of zippers and garments, no food or smoke in the vicinity, pop the dress on over the head etc, etc.

If the customer decides to return the dress, we require that the customer email us to kidstuffnavan@gmail.com with the reason for return and a copy of proof of purchase prior to sending the dress back. It must be carefully packaged in the original packaging and returned  to us at the customer's own expense. We advise the customer to avail of a tracked service. The dress must have all it's tickets and labels attached and be in perfect condition. It must be unworn even for "a few minutes in the church" or "at the photographer's" etc. The dress must be unaltered. We will not accept responsibility for any return lost or missing in transit to us.

Because of the current Public Health situation, we will inspect the return at least 72 hours after receipt. Consequently no refund can be issued until after that time has elapsed. Refunds  are issued subject to the return passing our careful inspection .Please allow time for your bank to process your refund .

Strictly One Dress per customer. If multiple dress purchases are made by the same customer, the first purchase will be permitted and the  subsequent purchases refunded. In the case that the customer is returning the first purchase, a subsequent purchase will be permitted only after the return has been processed to our satisfaction.

This promotion ends 6pm April 18th 2021-OFFER EXTENDED TO MAY 9TH 2021

No returns will be accepted after 6pm MAY 28th 2021

We will not refund shipping costs.
