Refund policy

Returns

We are a small Irish online business and we are so pleased when you decide to buy from us. We choose our offering carefully and we love you to be happy with your purchase.

There may be times when you would like  an exchange or refund. We ask that If you do, please do not delay.

Please note the following:

You may change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the goods .If you decide to return the goods you must use the returns form provided .We must receive your return within the following 14 days.

If more than 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange so please do act promptly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must, of course be perfect, unused, unworn or laundered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging ,with all tickets/labels in good condition and still attached. Please pack your return carefully.

We will decide if the item has indeed been worn and our decision is final.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are:

all types of hosiery and underwear,

all types of hair accessories including Communion hair accessories,

all types of gloves including Communion gloves,

all types of hats

all types of jewellery and

all types of handbags including Communion bags. 

all Christening wear.

all types of blankets and shawls.


Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

-Any item which is a special order for the customer, has been personalised or altered for the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a completed returns form.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may not be able to inspect your return immediately due to Covid 19 precautions.

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds for online purchases are made through our online service provider. When we arrange a refund, it may still take a few days to reach the customer.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take a few days for our card payment provider to complete your refund. This is out of our control so we ask you to be patient. For our part, we will act promptly.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale price items may be exchanged for a store credit. All refunds and exchanges are subject to valid proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in another size or for something else, send us an email at kidstuffchildrensclothing@gmail.com where we will assist you.

We will offer a repair, replacement or a refund if an item is faulty. 

Please note purchasing the wrong size is not a fault of the garment. Please consult the sizing help provided on the website and we are always available to help with sizing queries to our email address.

Laundering in any fashion other than as prescribed by the care label on the garment will invalidate any claim of fault as will mistreatment/rough treatment of a garment which could not be reasonably considered as normal wear.



Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as the gift receiver, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return subject to the condition of the item satisfying the terms above. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be posted to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and who will be advised of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to reach us, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
